TIME
DES MOINES WALK
Start any time from 8:00 AM to Noon.
Walk must be completed by 3:00 PM.

FORMAT
The walk is non-competitive and will
be open to people of all ages. Participants may walk either a 5K or 10K
(3.1 Miles or 6.2 Miles) distance. A participant may walk
at his or her own pace and recognition
will be given to everybody. Children
under 12 years of age must be
accompanied by an adult. Pets,
with the exception of service animals,
are not allowed.
Check-in
Des Moines athletes should check-in
on the third floor at 5th and Walnut.
Awards
Each paying athlete will receive a
T-shirt.
