Fee
Individuals may enter the DES MOINES WALK and the AMES WALK by indicating both on their Individual Entry Form accompanied with the single entry fee of $10 / individual (No charge for 2012 Live Healthy Iowa participants; DO NOT register online - wear your 2012 LHI shirt the day of the walk.)
FAMILY RATE: A fee of $25 for a family (limit of 4 people) is also available. Families with more than four individuals who wish to participate may pay the initial $25 fee and $5 for each additional family member. Individuals entering under the "family rate" must mail all Individual Entry Forms/Waivers and the appropriate fees together. Each athlete must complete an individual entry form. (A family consists of a parent/legal guardian and their children/dependents under the age of 18.)

ON-SITE ENTRIES: After the deadlines listed above, DO NOT SEND IN AN ENTRY FORM AND FEE. Rather, bring the entry form(s) and fees to the start/finish location on the day of each event. On-site entries must be paid with check or in correct change. NO CHANGE WILL BE GIVEN.
