Team coaches will

confirmation letter
with tournament

Tournament rules,
schedule and map
will be posted
online approximately
seven (7) days prior
to competition.
NO SCHEDULES WILL

No refunds will be
issued due to
cancellation by
weather or team
withdrawal after
schedules have been
completed.
7.
Employees of Mary
Greeley Medical
Center will be
on-site to attend to
any minor injuries.
8.
The maximum number
of teams may be
adjusted at the
discretion of the
Iowa Sports
Foundation staff.
9.
Roster
Changes/Additions
may be made at no
additional charge
and must be
postmarked by
December 30.
Teams that
originally register
online may make
roster changes
online until January
6. Waivers
should be received
in the office by
January 6 or brought
with you to the
tournament.
TOP
1. Pool play will
consist of two (2)
games, rally-scored
to 21 points with
bracket play to
follow pool play.
The number of teams
advancing to bracket
play will be
determined after the
deadline.
Please note that not
all teams will
advance to bracket
play.
2. Teams will
provide referees and
scorekeepers.
3. Players may
appear on only one
roster.
Players may be
required to present
proof of
identification
(driver's
permit/birth
certificate & photo)
at tournament
check-in or upon
request of a
tournament official.
4. Teams
are encouraged to wear
matching colored
shirts with numbers
on the back.
